Maxim Group is one of the leading equipment service providers in Bangladesh. We started our journey in the year 1997 where we started with a few of heavy equipment for leasing out and now a days we are one of the largest equipment service providers with more than 300 nos. of heavy equipment. Now we can proudly speak out that only this situation has arrived against our honesty, sincerity, commitment and team work.
We feel proud to announce that, we became a part of the most prestigious projects viz. Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project, Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant Project, Dhaka Metro Rail Project, Elevated Express Way Project, Splash Water park Project Project - Named- Manabay Park, Kornofuly Tunnel, Materbari coil power plant project, Payra port first terminal project ADC Airport 3rd terminal project etc.

It is required that all employees participate within the HSE policy. This policy is posted in several areas and every employees has read and signed a copy. Our HSE Objective and Target 100% of worker will be covered under plant specific hazard training. Supervisors and technicians will be covered under one day safety workshop training. 100% awareness on HSE by all workers and employee’s. Medical fitness for all Supervisors and Workers. 100% of Workers will be covered under 1/2 day contractor worker training. Zero accident, Zero injury, Zero lost man days is our motto.
